I called this The Development Monster, referring to the addition to the aquarium as a necessary addition in order to attract new donors but necessarily helping the institution to furtherits goals. I’m bitter that way. I have also worked in a non-profit environment where the organization was more focused on creating an experience for donors to give and in return enjoy a parasitic view of poverty rather than alleviating that poverty.
This is HP5+ developed in HC-110 which was an awful combination.
